On the purchase and development side, the firm represents sellers and purchasers of real estate in the acquisition and financing of properties and vacant land, joint venture and partnership structuring, construction, development, and renovation of buildings. We negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development rights purchase and sale agreements, access agreements, easement agreements, joint venture/ partnership agreements and development agreements.
