Ronald L. Nurnberg is a co-managing partner of the firm and co-chairs both the Firm’s Real Estate and General Business Practice Groups. Mr. Nurnberg has practiced real estate and commercial law in New York for more than forty years, providing business advice to an extensive client base of both individuals and companies.
Mr. Nurnberg’s practice is focused on the representation of cooperatives, condominiums and corporations, in addition to representing clients in the sale and purchase of businesses, real estate and the negotiation of office and commercial leases.
Mr. Nurnberg has engaged in the representation of domestic clients as well as clients who are foreign based or subsidiaries of foreign companies seeking legal and business advice and representation in the United States.
