Commercial, Residential and Industrial Lending

The Firm represents various financial institutions in connection with commercial lending, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. We represent state and nationally chartered banks and funds in all forms of lending transactions, including construction, bridge, revolving and term loan credit facilities, on both a secured and unsecured basis, as well as asset based lending programs. Secured transactions include the use of brokerage accounts, corporate ownership interests, art work, planes, and yachts. We also represent banks in various commercial and residential mortgage financings and re-financings.
