Jonathan M. Sabin Appointed to NYC Bar’s Federal Courts Committee

Kane Kessler, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jonathan M. Sabin, a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, has been appointed to the Federal Courts Committee of the New York City Bar Association. The Federal Courts Committee addresses substantive and procedural issues relating to practice in the federal courts, including evaluating proposed rule changes and engaging with the bench and bar on matters affecting federal litigation. Mr. Sabin concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including contract and shareholder disputes, employment and real estate litigation, and regulatory proceedings before agencies such as the SEC, FTC, and CPSC. Mr. Sabin also serves on the firm’s Artificial Intelligence and Technology Committees.
