Rob Lawrence is a Panelist at American Conference Institute’s Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Forum

Robert L. Lawrence, Co-Managing Partner of the Firm and Co-Head of the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, was one of two presenters on a March 29, 2019 panel entitled “The New Face of Acquisitions: What Indie Companies Can Expect When Larger Companies Take Over the Business” conducted in New York City as part of The American Conference Institute’s 6^th Annual Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products.  The panel discussed all aspects of the life cycle of an acquisition in the personal care space from the unique perspectives of both a buyer and a seller.
