Litigation Group Obtains Preliminary Injunction and Default Judgment for Condominium Board

The Firm’s Litigation group successfully obtained a preliminary injunction from the New York Supreme Court, New York County on behalf of a Manhattan condominium board to gain entrance into a unit to perform necessary façade repair work, and an accompanying default judgment against the defendants for tens of thousands in attorneys’ fees incurred in connection therewith.  The attorneys on the matter were Dana M. Susman and Jonathan M. Sabin.
