The Firm continues to thrive amid industry consolidation and economic shifts by staying competitive through expert legal talent and cutting-edge technology, in an efficient and cost-effective manner for its clients.
This year marks a pivotal moment in the Firm’s evolution. Robert L. Lawrence continues in his role of Managing Partner, ushering in a new era of leadership and strategic growth. Joining him on the Firm’s Management Committee are existing members Adam M. Cohen and Darren S. Berger, along with new additions Aris Haigian and Dana M. Susman. They succeed long-serving members Ronald L. Nurnberg and Jeffrey S. Tullman, each of whom has retired and is Of Counsel/Managing Partner Emeritus to the Firm.
In a move to further strengthen its practice areas, Kane Kessler proudly announces the addition of Adam Lindenbaum as Partner. Mr. Lindenbaum will lead a newly formed team focused on expanding the Firm’s real estate and landlord/tenant litigation capabilities.
Mr. Lindenbaum brings deep experience in complex landlord-tenant disputes, real estate ownership and operations, and commercial litigation. He represents developers, property owners, landlords and tenants in New York and New Jersey, and has handled matters involving, among other things, commercial and industrial leasing and litigation, rent regulation compliance and litigation, and cooperative and condominium board representation. His practice spans state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings.
“The intersection of Kane Kessler’s accomplished Real Estate and Litigation departments made this a natural fit for my practice,” said Mr. Lindenbaum. “My work spans litigation, transactional matters, and operational challenges faced by New York real estate firms, and Kane Kessler’s existing high-level Litigation and Real Estate expertise, coupled with its significant Corporate strength, made this a natural fit for me.” Mr. Lindenbaum continued that “the collaborative spirit at Kane Kessler signaled to me that client relationships and needs are always the top priority, and I look forward to being able to provide clients with an array of services that were not previously available.”
Mr. Lawrence added, “We are thrilled to have Adam join our Firm. With the breadth of his practice, and our collaborative inter-disciplinary approach to all matters, I know that his practice will thrive and that he will be a tremendous asset to our clients in the areas of his practice.”
Mr. Lindenbaum joins Kane Kessler from Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., and is the latest addition in a line of new hires, including Daniel Madison and Ethan Fine in the Litigation group, Seamus McDonough in the Real Estate group, and Muhammad Zafar in both the Real Estate and Litigation groups.
