Adam Cohen Featured Speaker at NYC Bar Association’s Hot Topics in Art Law Seminar

Adam Cohen, Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group and head of the Firm’s art law industry practice, was a featured speaker at the NYC Bar Association’s September 26, 2024 seminar Hot Topics in Art Law.  Mr. Cohen spoke on the intersection of art and intellectual property, and covered several topics including copyright fair use since the Supreme Court’s 2023 Warhol decision, AI and intellectual property, trademarks and art law, and some recent Firm cases of note.
