Firm Serves as Lead Negotiator in First Ever Collective Bargaining Agreement

David R. Rothfeld, Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group,  served as the lead negotiator on behalf of Rivers Casino and Resort located in Schenectady, New York in connection with its first collective bargaining agreement
