Firm Acts as Lead Negotiator for Resorts World Catskills Collective Bargaining Agreement

David R. Rothfeld, Chair of Firm’s Labor and Employment Group, served as the lead negotiator on behalf of Resorts World Catskills, a luxury style Las Vegas gaming and resort, in connection with its first collective bargaining agreement.
