Max B. Sender is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, as well as its General Business Practice Group.
Mr. Sender has significant experience representing both large corporations and startups with respect to corporate governance, M&A, leveraged finance, and securities matters.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Sender worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Miami, Florida and externed for The Honorable Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana. Mr. Sender also served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Washington and Lee Journal of Energy, Climate and the Environment.
