Daniel D. Madison is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group with extensive experience litigating in state and federal court on a wide range of complex commercial matters involving securities violations, investor disputes, breach of contract, mortgage-backed securities, misappropriation of trade secrets, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Madison manages all major facets of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, as well as trial and appellate practice.
Mr. Madison has also led numerous negotiations resulting in favorable settlements for his clients, and excels at collaboratively developing efficient strategies for the resolution of disputes.
Prior to joining Kane Kessler, Mr. Madison was an attorney at two nationally recognized firms.
