Daniel Z. Adessky is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Mr. Adessky has significant experience representing companies with respect to corporate matters including M&A and corporate governance.
Mr. Adessky is a graduate of Queen’s University and Fordham University School of Law. During law school Mr. Adessky worked in various internships in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property. Mr. Adessky also served an Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and the Vis East Arbitration Editor for the Dispute Resolution Society.
