Cantesi L. Tiggs is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Tiggs has over twenty years’ experience representing landlords, tenants, owners and operators in a wide range of real estate matters related to leasing (retail, office and industrial), construction and design, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.
In addition to her real estate experience, Ms. Tiggs has general transactional experience negotiating master service agreements for various corporate service functions, including management and maintenance services, food and vendor services, mail and copy services, guard and security services and electric generation services.
In connection with her real estate and general transactional work, Ms. Tiggs has regularly counseled senior level management on day to day operational issues, landlord-tenant disputes, cost saving measures, workplace safety initiatives and audit agreements.
Prior to joining Kane Kessler P.C., Ms. Tiggs was Vice President – Legal at Realogy Holdings Corp. in Madison, New Jersey, and prior to Realogy, Ms. Tiggs worked in New York as an attorney with a concentration in real estate law.
