Adam Lindenbaum represents real estate firms, developers and tenants in connection with their use, management and operation of commercial real estate in New York and New Jersey.  Mr. Lindenbaum dedicates his practice to handling disputes involving complex landlord-tenant matters, real estate ownership and commercial litigation.  Mr. Lindenbaum also has extensive experience involving residential real estate and landlord-tenant matters, including those involving cooperative and condominium boards, rent control, rent stabilization and the loft law. Mr. Lindenbaum has practiced before state, federal and appellate courts in New York and New Jersey, the American Arbitration Association, as well as numerous administrative agencies.  Mr. Lindenbaum prides himself on being a reliable and thoughtful resource and a strong advocate for his clients.  He is known for his meticulous nature of dissecting leases and other real estate contracts in litigation and pre-litigation settings.  It does not stop with litigation matters, clients have also sought out Mr. Lindenbaum for his strategic thinking and second to none negotiation skills with real estate and leasing transactions.  Mr. Lindenbaum received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
