Randi Padilla is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice involves trademark searching, clearance and prosecution; drafting and negotiating license, endorsement and other branding and industry specific agreements; intellectual property enforcement; and general intellectual property counseling.
During law school, Ms. Padilla was a Clinic Director at the Fashion Law Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to law and the business of fashion. There, she facilitated pro-bono legal consultations for fashion industry professionals. She also regularly volunteered in the Fashion Law Clinic, where she assisted with a range of legal issues, including trademark registration, contracts, and business formation. She participated in Fordham’s Corporate Social Responsibility Clinic and held several internships in the areas of intellectual property and corporate social responsibility.
