Jason Wu is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He has experience with a variety of corporate transactions and governance matters, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and equity financings. Furthermore, Jason has experience counseling a wide variety of clients, with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and publicly traded companies in the the healthcare and technology sectors.
Jason is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While he was in law school, Jason was on the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
