Ilana Fisher is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Ms. Fisher has experience in corporate transactions, including corporate financings, corporate governance matters, and general business transactions, and represents clients in both public and privately held entities across a range of different industries.
Ms. Fisher is a graduate of New York University and New York Law School, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. She has published several articles on such diverse areas as the applicability of the force majeure clause due to the COVID-19 pandemic and non-fungible tokens and their impact on artists and investors.
