The firm has extensive experience in General Business representation, working with well-known, established companies as well as with start ups and new ventures. The firm serves as general counsel to a variety of privately held businesses, not for profit organizations, professional practices, partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietorships.

These businesses are in a wide range of industries, including national and local retailers, pet products, apparel, footwear and accessories, luxury goods and services, restaurants and retail food sales, manufacturing of hard goods and food products.

On behalf of our clients, we draft and negotiate all forms of business agreements, including shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements and other employment arrangements, consulting agreements, sale and purchase agreements, license and lease agreements, joint development agreements, computer and technology agreements, finance agreements, credit agreements, finders agreements, security agreements, and distribution agreements.
