The firm represents various financial institutions in connection with bank lending, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. We represent state and nationally chartered banks in commercial lending transactions, including revolving and term loan credit facilities, on both a secured and unsecured basis, as well as asset based lending programs. We also represent banks in various commercial and residential mortgage financings and refinancings. Our practice also includes representation of venture capital funds and hedge funds in their investment activities, as well as the formation of such entities, both domestically and off-shore. Our capital markets work involves the representation of various financial institutions in connection with private placements and public offerings of debt and equity securities.
