ASSOCIATE
Niki J. Franzitta is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment
and Employee Benefits Law practice group. Ms. Franzitta
represents management in all phases of labor and employment
law.
Ms. Franzitta graduated from New York University (B.A. 1993);
Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1997) and from Cornell
University School of Industrial and Labor Relations (Certificate
in Contract Administration, 1998). She is admitted to the
bar, 1998, New York; 2000, U.S. District Court, Eastern District
of New York; 2000, U.S. District Court, Southern District
of New York.
