Judith A. Stoll is a partner in the firm's Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Law practice group. She has extensive experience representing management in employment discrimination matters at the city, state and federal agencies and in state and federal courts. Her experience also includes representation of management before the U.S. and New York State Departments of Labor, in labor arbitrations and employment-related litigation, negotiating and drafting employment and separation agreements, drafting personnel policies and advising clients on state and federal labor law compliance. Ms. Stoll has also served as co-counsel to several Taft-Hartley funds.
Ms. Stoll has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including hotels, restaurants, clubs, retail, hospitals and nursing homes, parking garages, garment manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Ms. Stoll received her B.A. degree cum laude in 1968 from the University of Wisconsin (Madison). She received her J.D. degree cum laude in 1983 from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review from 1982-1983. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Section, and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
