ASSOCIATE
Lauren M. Kohn Dayton is an associate in the litigation department where she practices a wide range of civil and commercial litigation. Lauren has represented clients in numerous state and federal court actions across the country. She specializes in various types of business disputes, including complex financial transactions, consumer class actions, business torts, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, entertainment, securities, insurance and employment disputes.
Lauren has lectured for CLE seminars and published articles on “Foreign Discovery in the United States Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782” and “Electronic Discovery and the Changes in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.”
Lauren received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, School of Human Ecology in 2000. She received her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in 2003. She is a member of the New York State Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, and the American Bar Association. While practicing in Atlanta, Georgia, Lauren was a Barrister of the Lamar Inn of Court and was on the Board of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.
Lauren is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Georgia, as well as before the Courts of the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the Northern District of Georgia.
